Walford Park and Recreation Minutes

Regular Meeting                                                                                                Tuesday December 6th, 2022

Meeting called to order at 7:02 pm.  Primmer, Hebert, Miner present.  Lane and Davis absent.

Motion to approve to November 1, 2022 minutes by Primmer, seconded by Miner.  Approved unanimous.

General Equipment/Grounds/Maintenance

Citizen comments

Regarding Fun Day committee updates:

Knapp Creek Event Center sponsorship/partnership for a live music/dance event is being considered, Friday before the Saturday of fireworks

Movie in the park planned, committee investigating selections and cost.

Vendor market locations considered, including City Hall parking lot.

Portable toilet additions may be necessary to support vendor market, movie and ball diamond events.

Motion to adjourn by Miner, seconded by Hebert.  Meeting adjourned at 7:55 PM.
