Walford Park and Recreation Minutes

Regular Meeting                                                                                                                        Tuesday May 3, 2022

Meeting called to order 7:04 pm.  Primmer, Miner, Lane present.  

Motion by Miner to approve April 5, 2022 meeting minutes, seconded by Lane.  Approved unanimous.

Baseball Season topics:

• At least one umpire has been scheduled for all games

Motion by Miner to award concession stand lease to Pam Beatty.  Seconded by Primmer.  Approved unanimous.

Motion by Lane to approve Courts For Sports basketball court installation and pickleball court remediation for $42,386 dated 4/18/2022, seconded by Primmer.  Approved unanimous.

Equipment/Grounds/Maintenance

Motion by Miner approving up to $3000 to re-furbish ball diamond playground with new mulch surface.  Seconded by Lane.  Approved unanimous.

Citizen comments - none

Motion to adjourn by Primmer.  Seconded by Miner.  Meeting adjourned at 8:01 pm.
