Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM

Motion by Lane to approve March 2023 minutes.  Seconded by Miner.  Approved unanimous.

Baseball Program:

Registration review

2 T ball teams - 6

2 Coach Pitch - 14

1 LL - 6

Lane attended IVL coaches meeting on March 30.  

Concession Stand Lease -  no action taken

Equipment/Uniforms - baseball order

Fun Day expenses

Motion by Lane to approve DJ invoice for $500 supporting Walford Fun Day. Seconded by Primmer.  Approved unanimous.

Update also provided regarding Fun Days schedule.

Grounds/Maintenance

Bench installation at Pickle Ball Court forthcoming pending weather.

Grading, leveling, fill, and grass seed urgently needed around the basketball court.

Request water be turned on at baseball diamond at earliest convenience.

No citizen comments.

Motion to adjourn by Miner.  Seconded by Lane.  Meeting adjourned 8:10 pm.
