Special Meeting                                                                                                     Wednesday February 22nd, 2023

Due to inclement weather, meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm, by Mayor Bill Voss.

Roll Call: Ellis, Greiner, Grimm & Voss. Carter joined via Zoom.

Ellis moved to approve the agenda as posted, seconded by Grimm. Roll Call: Unanimous

Grimm introduced resolution 2-23-1.2 approving FY 23/24 Maximum Property Tax Dollars, seconded by Voss. Roll Call: Ayes: Greiner, Grimm, Voss, & Ellis. No: Carter

Grimm moved to set FY 23/24 Budget Public Hearing date of March 13th, 2023 at 7:00 pm, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Unanimous

Grimm moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 pm, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous
