Walford Park and Recreation Minutes

Regular Meeting                                                                                                Tuesday February 7th, 2023

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.  Primmer, Hebert, Davis, Miner present.  

Motion by Primmer to approve minutes from January 3, 2023.  Seconded by Davis.  Approved unanimous.

Annual registration form review - change date to 2023, add note regarding contact information for any questions related to softball.

Walford Fun Days 2023 

Friday June 9th confirmed as community Dance date.

Rental fee for use of facility - $1500 for use of the center

Motion by Primmer to approve up to $2000 for sponsorship of events for Fun Days/Summer Picnic.  Seconded by Hebert.  Approved unanimous.

General Equipment/Grounds/Maintenance

Citizen Comments

Question was raised regarding snow removal at the basketball court, and if city has considered removing snow if temperatures allow.  It was noted that residents were observed removing snow on their own.

Motion to adjourn by Miner.  Seconded by Primmer.  Meeting adjourned 8:10 pm.
