Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Todd Gibbs

Roll Call: Bauer, Ellis, Greiner. Grimm & Jones were absent 

Ellis moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous

A public hearing was held at 6:01 pm regarding FY 24/25 Proposed Property Tax Levy Rate. No written or oral objections were received.

Ellis moved to close the public hearing at 6:09 pm, seconded by Bauer. Roll Call: Unanimous

Bauer moved to adjourn meeting at 6:10 pm, seconded by Greiner. Roll Call: Unanimous
