Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Mayor Pro-Tem Matt Greiner

Roll Call: Bauer, Ellis, Greiner, Grimm & Jones

Jones moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Grimm. Roll Call: Unanimous

Ellis moved approval of the Minutes from 4/1/25, seconded by Grimm. Roll Call: Ellis, Greiner, Grimm & Jones. Bauer abstained

A Public Hearing was held at 6:02 pm regarding FY 25/26 Proposed Budget. No written or oral objections were received.

Jones moved to close public hearing at 6:03 pm, seconded by Ellis. Roll call: Unanimous

Greiner moved approval of Resolution 4-25-1 approving FY 25/26 Budget/Levy Rate, seconded by Ellis. Roll Call: Unanimous

Grimm moved approval of Renewal of Class C Liquor License (LC) Sunday Sales/OutdoorEndorsement for Bully’s Angle Inn, seconded by Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous

Grimm moved approval of Renewal of Class C Liquor License (LC) Sunday Sales/Outdoor Endorsement for Knapp Creek Event Center, seconded by Jones. Roll Call: Unanimous

Parks & Rec 4/1/25 minutes were received & placed on file

Other item of discussion included but not limited to Street Project coming in slightly over budget

Ellis moved to adjourn meeting at 6:08 pm, seconded by Grimm. Roll Call: Unanimous
