Citizen Comments

It is unclear what the City staff's responsibilities are regarding park maintenance and upkeep.

If Parks programs like baseball/softball are City sponsored then City resources should be prioritized to support mowing, upkeep, and preparation work during the season.

As a town we seem to lose participants in baseball/softball at the older ages.  This may may be reason to focus on younger age group (4-8 year olds) programs since that has been where our critical mass has been in recent years.

Fireworks are an opportunity to combine with rec program activities that day or weekend at the ball diamonds.

It would be helpful to better define expectations for parents during registration, even if it's a simple explanation of when the season runs and where the games are.

Move to adjourn by Miner, seconded by Hahn.  Meeting adjourned 8:36 pm.
