Regular MeetingMarch 5th, 2013Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Secretary Ron Gann.Roll Call: Gann, Meyer, Miner were present.  Ellis and Jaster were absent. Meyer moved approval of the February minutes as posted, seconded by Miner.  Roll Call: Ayes: 3. Motion Carried. Meyer moved approval of $300.00 donation to Central State Bank for Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday March 23rd, 2013, seconded by Miner.  Roll Call: Ayes: 3. Motion Carried. No action taken regarding Prairie Point Project. Brief discussion regarding June 8th Fun Day fireworks display. Miner moved approval of baseball/softball equipment purchase, seconded by Meyer.  Roll Call: Ayes: 3.
