Walford Park and Recreation MinutesRegular Meeting                                                                                                          Tuesday April 2, 2019Meeting called to order 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Meyers.Meyers, Miner, Gann, Reed, Lane present. Motion by Miner to approve March minutes, seconded by Reed. Roll Call: Unanimous.Baseball:Discussion included providing information to coaches, evaluation of sign-up lists and PYBL board meeting upcoming April 5.Motion by Reed to allocate $300 for coach uniform/jersey purchases, seconded by Lane.                       Roll Call: Unanimous.Motion to allocate $800 for diamond supplies (chalk and clay) by Reed, seconded by Miner.                 Roll Call:  Unanimous.Motion by Gann to allow PYBL to use Walford diamonds for games. Seconded by Lane.                      Roll Call: Unanimous.  Baseball diamond lights:Discussion included quote on lighting upgrade.  Quote placed on file.Frisbee Golf Order:Stations have arrived (x6) requiring installation upcoming pending availability of labor, final placement, and weather.Community Night Kernels: Tabled to MayEquipment/Grounds/Maintenance:Discussion included budget cycle, tractor replacement.Citizen Comments: NoneMeeting adjourned 8:00 p.m.______________________________________Tom MeyersChairpersonATTEST:______________________________________Pat MinerSecretary
