Walford Park and Recreation MinutesRegular meeting                                                                                                               November 5, 2019Meeting was called to order at 7:03 pmMeyers, Miner, Lane, Gann, and Reed present. None absent. Motion to approve October minutes by Gann, seconded by Meyers.  Approved unanimous. Pickle Ball discussion - Jason Miller from Courts Fore Sports present.  Discussion included City Council funding support, sales tax, deposit terms, color selection, pre-installation diagrams, and plans to mark the west boundary of court area.Motion to approve amended pickle ball court quote with sales tax removed, 45% deposit terms by Gann, seconded by Miner.  Approved unanimous. Christmas program:Motion to allocate $700 for Christmas program by Gann, seconded by Reed.  Approved unanimous. Grounds, Equipment, Maintenance:Item list reviewed: Knapp Creek bench concrete, concession stand building light fixtures above picnic tables, downspouts on concession stand building, exterior paint on concession stand building. Motion to adjourn by Meyers, seconded by Reed.  Adjourned 8:05 pm.________________________________Tom MeyersChairpersonATTEST:________________________________Pat MinerSecretary
