None absentMotion by Reed to approve Sept. minutes. Seconded by Meyers. Approved unanimous.Pickleball discussion:Review of quote from Courts Fore Sports and potential costs. Current parks budget unable to accommodate currently.Motion to support installation of pickle ball court by Reed, seconded by Miner. In favor: Meyers, Gann, Miner, Lane. Opposed: ReedMotion to proceed to Council for funding for Spring 2020 pickleball court installation per quote of $21,763 by Gann. Seconded by Lane. Approved unanimousFrisbee golf installation discussion:Installation currently pending volunteer timing to install. Placement plan of frisbee golf stations is complete.Equipment/grounds/maintenance:Knapp Creek bench concrete needs replacement, including new trash can on slab large enough for both bench and trash can.Concession stand building light fixtures need repair/replacement above picnic tables.Weed removal/edging of sand volleyball court.Replacement of downspouts on concession stand building due to mower damage.Paint needed on exterior of concession stand building.Motion to adjourn by Lane, seconded by Meyers.
