Special Meeting                                                                                                       Thursday  April 7th, 2022

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., by Mayor Bill Voss.

Roll Call: Carter, Ellis, Greiner, Grimm, Voss.

Grimm moved approved of the agenda as posted, seconded by Voss. Roll Call: Unanimous.

Council conducted one Deputy Clerk Applicant interview at 6:00 p.m., 

City received 14 applications; Mayor appointed review committee interviewed 4.

Then narrowed down to two.

A Brief discussion regarding candidate and draft written employment offer.

Discussion was held regarding New Dump Truck/Snowplow purchase. Questions included: Specifications, warranty, demo mileage, guaranteed delivery date, and deposit amount.

Voss moved to table New Dump Truck/Snowplow purchase from Dave Syverson Truck, until Monday April 11th, 2022 for more information, seconded by Ellis.  Roll Call: Unanimous.

Ellis moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:04 p.m., seconded by Roll Call: Unanimous.
