Regular Meeting                                                                                                Tuesday July 11th, 2023

Motion to call meeting to order @ 7:02 PM by Lane; Seconded by Davis 

Present: Lane, Davis, Heber, Hebert. Miner was absent

Motion from Lane to Approve June 6th Minutes; Seconded by Heber, Roll Call: unanimous

Motion from Hebert to Approved to approve May 2nd Minutes; Seconded by Davis, Roll Call,  unanimous

Baseball Program Updates: everything finished for the year

Pitching machine was broken-someone welded for this year

Davis Motioned to approve purchase of a new pitching machine for baseball up to $300; Seconded by Lane, Roll Call: unanimous

Next Year-Monticello Sports for apparel ordering jerseys-Mike Hines Mike@moticellowsports.com

Discussion on concession stand lease-need to consider who will do this for next year.

Walford Fun Days-Updates for Future Events

General Maintenance:

Maintenance Requests

Spray poison hemlock @ Knapp Creek Park

Trim Tree

Additional dirt required around concrete pads at pickleball and basketball courts (additional watering for these areas)

Weeds need to be cleaned up in these areas as well

Porta Potty needs to be cleaned up and the area around it needs to be cleaned up after the last storm.

Request to add to agenda for August-Additional Courts at the park

Action for Next Month: Halloween Party Saturday, October 28th
