Walford Park and Recreation Minutes

Regular Meeting                                                                                                Tuesday November 5th, 2024

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.  Werner, Hebert, Miner, Hahn, Davis present.  

Motion by Hahn, seconded by Hebert to approve October 9 minutes.  Approved unanimous.

Softball/baseball discussion - discussion included fees/registration ideas for 2025

Christmas Party discussion included plans for storage and inventory of materials.  Motion by Hebert, seconded by Davis to approve up to $500 for Christmas Party materials.  Approved unanimous.

Newsletter - funds exist that could support for this fiscal year, would need a proposal for continued funding beyond this fiscal year with a budget line item.

Groundwork for Parks Storage Shed

Motion by Miner to approve Chalupsky Landscaping and Nursery shed site prep as quoted Oct 24, 2024.  Seconded Davis.  Approved unanimous.  Specific date of work will be weather dependent.

Mini Diamond Renovation

Reviewed initial quote for possible City Park mini diamond conversion and softball diamond renovation.

Motion to adjourn by Miner, seconded by Werner. Meeting adjourned at 7:43 pm.
