Regular Meeting March 6th, 2012

  Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Chairperson Amy Ellis.Roll Call: Ellis, Gann, Jaster, Meyer and Yoder were present. None absent. Ellis moved approval of the minutes from February 7th and 21st., seconded by Meyer.Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Motion Carried. Ellis moved to purchase $650.00 painting supplies for the Prairie Point Service Project, seconded by Meyer. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Motion Carried. Fun Day planning. Debra Goodwin has formed a Sub Committee to plan the event. Yoder moved approval of the purchase of $1,500.00 Baseball/Softball order, seconded by Jaster.Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Motion Carried. Ellis moved to purchase $50.00 tree for City Park, seconded by Meyer. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Motion Carried. Ellis moved approval to purchase $600.00 for baby swing replacement, seconded by Meyer. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. Motion Carried. Ellis moved approval of $500.00 expense account for maintenance personnel for miscellaneous supplies, seconded by Meyer. Roll Call: Ayes: Ellis, Gann, Meyer, Yoder. Nay: Jaster.
