Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m., by Chairperson Ellis.Roll Call: Ellis, Gann, Jaster, Meyer and Yoder. None absent.March 6th, 2012 minutes, received and placed on file.Prairie Point project on April 20th on schedule. approximately 35 students expected.Fireworks display only scheduled activity for Fun Day to date.Gann moved approval of Yoder to purchase up to $3,000 for baseball/softball uniform purchase, seconded by Meyer. Roll Call: Ayes: 5. motion Carried.Yoder moved approval of $2,000 electric work for ball diamond, seconded by Gann. Roll Call: Ayes: 5.
