Regular MeetingAugust 6th, 2013 Gann called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.Roll Call: Gann, Jaster, Meyer. Ellis and Minor were absent. Meyer approved minutes from July 2nd, 2013, seconded by Jaster. Roll Call: Ayes: 3. Motion Carried. Discussion was held regarding the following  baseball/softball program topics: Men's State Baseball Tournament being held in Walford on Saturday August 10th, diamond light repairs and score board electric scheduled for Saturday August 17th, and extra uniform status. Meyer moved approval of Prairie Youth Ball League invoice in the amount of $709.11 for Umpire Fees and Trophies, seconded by Jaster.
