Park and Recreation Minutes

Regular Meeting                                                                                                            Tuesday  December 1, 2020

Meeting called to order at 7:04 p.m. Gann, Lane, Primmer present. Davis and Miner were absent.

Motion to approve November 3rd, 2020 minutes by Lane, seconded by Primmer. Approved unanimous.

Christmas Party Drive will be drive-thru due to Covid, Saturday December 5th,  10 a.m. until Noon.

Basketball Court – Discussion included budget and bid process with City Clerk.

2021 Concession Stand Lease – No action taken.

Equipment/grounds/maintenance – Discussion regarding baseball/softball light repair with insurance and FEMA with City Clerk.

Dugout bench on softball diamond repaired.

Motion to adjourn Gann, seconded by Lane. Meeting adjourned at 7:38 p.m. Unanimous.
