Special Meeting                                                                                          Wednesday November 18th, 2020

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., by Mayor Voss. 

Meeting was conducted in person as well as electronically.

Roll Call: Bauer, Carter, Pottebaum, Voss joined electronically. Greiner was absent. 

Pottebaum moved approval of the agenda as posted, seconded by Carter. Roll Call: Unanimous.

Citizen Comments: None.

Mayor and Council conducted interviews with three engineer firms.

MMS Consultants, Inc., Anderson-Bogert/AECOM, and Veenstra & Kimm, Inc.

Appointment to be considered at the next Regular City Council meeting in December.

Pottebaum moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:13 p.m., seconded by Bauer. Roll Call: Unanimous.
